At the time, the devoted husband to wife Julie and father of Savannah, Chase, Grayson, Lindsie and Kyle, claimed in court documents that Pamela exhibited a "pattern of criminal conduct."
But it gets worse! In an affidavit filed by Todd's mother – 72-year-old Faye Chrisley – the elderly woman stated: "Pamela demanded that I deposit monies into her account or according to her, she was going to destroy my family. She also sent me text messages threatening to 'bash my brains' if she caught me in town."
Needless to say, Todd went off after realizing that there were threats against his own mother, telling RadarOnline.com, "After Pamela threatened harm to my mother, I called Pamela and said something along the lines of, 'Listen to me you godd**n motherf***er. If you so much speak to my mother or anyone in my family again, there will be hell to pay.'"
As RadarOnline.com reported this week, Pamela is now accusing Randy of cheating on her while he was undergoing radiation for cancer last year. Because Pamela's allegations against her former husband now include adultery, the state of South Carolina law says that Randy will have to wait an entire year for the divorce to be finalized. Todd told RadarOnline.com the claims are false and his brother is not a cheater. But stay tuned for the next round!
