Teresa Giudice has been living it up—ever since her husband Joe went to jail!

As RadarOnline.com has extensively reported, the Real Housewives of New Jersey queen looks like she will divorce Joe, who has been in prison since March 23, 2016.

She recently took the drastic measure of consulting an attorney, RadarOnline.com has learned.

As he's been serving his 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud, Teresa, 46, has appeared to be feeling no pain, spending her time partying, taking lavish vacations, flaunting her bikini curves, competing in female bodybuilding, and even getting new breast implants!

Teresa enjoyed some rest and relaxation on a family trip to Puerto Rico in 2017 without Joe. She captioned an Instagram pic of her and daughter Gia in swimsuits with, "Enjoying the sun with my beautiful @_giagiudice." The RHONJ star was wearing a swimsuit that wasn't a full bikini but had cut-outs to show off her curvy waist!

In the summer of 2018, the RHONJ star didn't seem to be missing Juicy Joe. She shocked fans by competing in the 40-plus age bikini division of a bodybuilding competition, winning third place.

Teresa has flaunted her tanned body constantly--as Joe faces being deported from the country. In June 2018, she showed her followers toned arms, ripped abs, and muscular legs in an Instagram photo taken with her daughter Gia. She boasted of "fun in the sun."

Teresa visited Cancun with a mystery boyfriend to in the holiday season of 2017 into New Year's 2018, according to a RadarOnline.com exclusive. As Joe languished behind bars, Teresa celebrated with her other man, the source said, adding at the time, "Her dad was even along on the trip, so she's hardly hiding it anymore!"

Social butterfly! The Bravo diva was all smiles at a late 2018 holiday toy giveaway with pals as Joe spent Christmas incarcerated. Teresa has admitted not visiting her husband much in prison.

Joe, who? Teresa looked footloose and fancy free while partying with friends in New York on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. The RHONJ star was spotted partying hard with Lil Mama at a lavish bash hosted by fellow housewife Eva Marcille and Urban Skin founder Rachel Roff.

Busting loose! Teresa stunned fans at the New Jersey Ultimate Women's Expo in October 2018 by admitting she'd gone under the knife for brand new breast implants! "I just got my breasts redone," she told the crowd. Too bad her jailbird husband can't see them!

Teresa has been behaving like a single woman. She didn't wear her wedding ring to the lavish birthday party she threw to celebrate her and Joe's daughter Gia turning 18.
