Giudice flashed her diamond wedding ring in the shots after RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that she visited a divorce attorney.

RadarOnline.com previously reported that the U.S. Department of Justice Immigration judge could rule on his status as early as March 2019. He ruled that Joe should be kicked out of the United States in 2018. Joe filed an appeal to the decision.

The season finale of RHONJ aired on Feb. 13 and cameras are set to start rolling in just a few weeks, an insider told RadarOnline.com. “Producers want to make sure that they have everything about Joe Giudice’s deportation situation on camera for maximum drama,” a source previously told RadarOnline.com.

“The Bravo cameras are going to get all of the emotions from Teresa and the girls about whatever happens,” the source said about moving filming up.

“If Joe gets kicked out, if he stays, if she files for divorce, they want to make sure they don’t miss anything so they’re not delaying production at all," the insider said.
