Teresa Giudice's Kids Staying With Mom As Dad's Deportation Looms

Jailbird Joe Giudice could be sent back to his native Italy after being released from prison, but as RadarOnline.com has learned, his wife and kids will not go with him!
Teresa Giudice isn't letting her hubby's scandal uproot her life. The RHONY star has been living it up with her girls ever since Joe, 46, got thrown behind bars, and despite the fact that she stood by him during most of his sentence, she is now ready to say goodbye and move on.
In his podcast "Straight Shuter: Naughty But Nice," Rob Shuter reiterates Teresa's feelings about her baby daddy, saying that unfortunately for him, their kids are taking her side.
"Teresa and Joe's daughters will be staying in America with mommy," a source told Straight Shuter. "If Joe is deported to Italy the girls will not be going with him."
While the kids have certainly kept in touch with their father during his prison sentence, they have continued living their normal lives, and 18-year-old Gia Giudice is even getting ready to go off to college!
At the same time, Teresa, 46, has been meeting with divorce lawyers, and is set to pull the plug as soon as her hubby is freed.
"Their entire life is here in New Jersey. They have their friends and school and family. They all love their dad, but they are not leaving the USA," continued the insider.
Despite reports that Joe does not want to break up his family, sources have said that Teresa is over the drama, and ready for a fresh start.
"We will literally see the family split apart on national TV as the reality cameras roll when they say 'goodbye.' This is very hard for everyone involved. Teresa will survive losing her husband, but she couldn't cope if she lost her girls too," said the insider.
