Teresa Giudice is clearing up those divorce rumors – days after she was spotted on a mysterious dinner with her divorce lawyer!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star posted an Instagram photo of her and attorney BFF Loren La Forge-Kyriakoulis this Monday. Smiling happily with her pal, Teresa, 45, captioned the snap: "Dinner with a great friend, getting great advice."

After fans began speculating that she may be getting divorce advice – to finally leave her jailbird husband Joe Giudice – Teresa changed the caption to read, "Dinner with a great friend lots of laughs. #webothlovefood #greekfood."

During a Wednesday appearance on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live, Teresa explained what she meant by “advice” in her Instagram post.

"I was helping her," Teresa said of Loren. "If anyone is getting a divorce, she's a great divorce attorney to call." She also claimed she was getting standard girlfriend advice from a “friend.”

"What's the matter with two women, sitting together, shooting the breeze?" she added.

When the show host asked if Teresa was planning on divorcing Joe, 45, amid his 41-month prison sentence, the star answered: “No, I’m not.”

Putting the rumors to rest, Gorga straight up asked Giudice if she was considering divorcing Joe, to which she replied, "No, I'm not."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Teresa Giudice recently went to visit husband Joe in prison for the first time since her mother’s death.
