Joe Giudice is in ICE custody awaiting another appeal after a judge ordered his deportation to Italy. Although his oldest daughter is fighting the decision with a petition, his wife Teresa Giudice is partying it up in the Big Apple!
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was spotted drinking and talking to hot men while at a New York City event on Thursday, April 25, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
Joe Who?
Teresa, 46, was all smiles on the red carpet to help promote Hemp Garden’s MASK launch.
Party Time!
After posing on the red carpet, the mother-of-four went straight to the bar for a drink, an onlooker exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
Carefree!
“She was in good spirits,” the eyewitness said. “She didn’t look upset or down, she was laughing and taking photos with fans.”
Hot Guys!
Teresa, who wore her wedding ring, was caught on camera talking to attractive men.
Watch Out, Joe!
“She did joke and laugh with men at the party,” the insider said.
Legal Troubles
Teresa’s night out comes after her husband Joe’s deportation appeal was denied. As RadarOnline.com confirmed, the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed the case on April 11, 2019.
Back To Italy?
An immigration judge ordered his deportation on October 10, 2018. Joe filed the appeal in November, just days before the deadline. After his March release from federal prison, where he served 41 months for fraud, he was immediately transferred to ICE custody. He’s spent the last month in the Clinton County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania.
Fighting For Dad
Teresa’s oldest daughter, Gia, 18, created a Change.org petition called “STOP the Deportation of Joe Giudice.” “They have made a mistake, but rectified it through serving time and by financially satisfying all that was owed,” the petition read. “He is currently still in a detention center while fighting the deportation; that’s right, he’s still incarcerated months after completing his prison sentence in an effort to stand by his family.”
Showing Support
The petition continued, “My father is not a danger to society, he is a warm loving man and I beg you sign our petition to give my father a second chance at being part of our lives and giving back to the community we live in once again.”
Not Giving Up
Joe, 46, filed a motion on Wednesday, April 24 to stop the deportation. The motion was granted, delaying his deportation back to Italy, as he won’t be moved under a federal judge can look over his petition for review.
Some Hope
“Order temporarily granting motion for stay of removal…Removal is stayed until such time as the Court can consider the motion for stay of removal,” the papers read.
Ready To Divorce?
Teresa was busted holding hands with a 26-year-old during a getaway to Miami, Florida in February. She recently admitted she would leave her husband if he’s deported. A source told RadarOnline.com she will file divorce papers when he’s kicked out of the country.
