Joe Who? Teresa Giudice Parties In NYC As Husband Rots In Dicey ICE Detention Center

Joe Giudice who? The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice showed off her style on a fun night out with her dad, just hours after her shamed husband was taken into ICE custody. The mom-of-four wore black pants, a matching blazer and platform heels for the outing. She grabbed onto her father Giacinto Gorga’s arm while walking outside an upscale hotel in New York City.

Teresa’s outing came hours after Joe, 46, was released from federal prison and taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility in McElhattan, Pennsylvania, where he will await deportation.

Gia Giudice quickly took to social media to show her affection for dad Joe after his release. Sharing a throwback photo of the two on her Instagram Stories, she wrote: “sending my love and strength today and always. I love you.”

Teresa, 46, however, was much less vocal. In the first photos of her following the scandal, she looked happy and totally unfazed!

The ICE detention facility where Joe Giudice is being held is about 35 miles west of Allenwood FCI, where he was previously imprisoned on multiple fraud charges. The facility has a long history of scary lawsuits related to sexual abuse, horrid living conditions, excess force and overcrowding.

In 2014, Joe and Teresa Giudice were accused of engaging in bank, mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud. The star was sentenced to 15 months in a federal prison while her husband was sentenced to 41 months, followed by potential deportation to Italy, which RadarOnline.com was the first to report.

If he is, in fact, sent back to his native Italy, Teresa will not follow. In a recent interview, the reality star admitted she is not willing to uproot her and her daughters’ lives for her estranged hubby.

In recent weeks, she’s been spotted running around without her wedding ring, and even holding hands with 26-year-old boy toy Blake Schreck. Fans believe she’s already moved on.
