According to the court documents, he wants any money the reality star wins from her malpractice lawsuit to be distributed to her creditors, as he considers it an asset that predates the bankruptcy. "Apparently he is seeking to take control of the litigation, so we need to respond to that," Cuevas, who is fighting the motion, told RadarOnline.com. Just a month after her prison stay, friends and family were shocked to discover that the mother-of-four was not the same table-flipping diva that went into prison just a year prior. As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Bravo executives were actually worried about the reality star's new "zen" attitude. "Teresa's drama, and especially her fights, are what people tuned in to see. They wanted to see her have meltdowns and screaming fits. The producers are worried that the show won't have any bite with her new calm attitude," a source told RadarOnline.com. "The last season was a little boring and they're worried about ratings if she doesn't bring anything good to the table."

Immediately after her prison stint, Teresa was devastated by the news that she had to wear and bulky and unsightly ankle bracelet monitor. "She wants to show off her legs, but doesn't want to be photographed wearing it. It's just an embarrassing reminder of her crimes and the time she did behind bars," a source told RadarOnline.com. The house arrest, which was set to end in February, forced the housewife star to take on dramatic wardrobe makeover that included long, flare-legged pants and sneakers.

Teresa's incarceration also caused tensions between her and her Real Housewives of New Jersey co-stars! In March, the Bravo ladies were set to go to Vermont on a cast trip. However, they were disappointed that because of Teresa's probation-related travel restrictions, they were unable to go anywhere exotic. "Because of Teresa, they can't go somewhere nice," a source sniffed at the time.

The day before, Teresa was "emotional and sad," a source told RadarOnline.com. "But she's got to carry on. She has four daughters, so she has to keep everything moving." To make matters worse, Joe could face deportation after his sentence. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the father-of-four broke down in tears when discussing the possibility of being forced to go back to Italy. "Anything can happen, you know? There is nothing in life that is certain," he said. "We will deal with that when I get out."

Wearing a short dress and dancing up a storm, the Bravolebrity didn't appear to miss her husband at all, a source told RadarOnline.com. The eyewitness even revealed that Giudice was "sipping on a drink" and in the middle of the show, had to stand up because she "spilled it all over herself."
