Evans called 911 from her North Carolina home on Sunday, July 1, claiming to police that Griffith's mother Doris Davidson had not returned Kaiser after her weekend visitation with him. The shocking move could be related to a mysterious Instagram video of Griffith asking Kaiser who "put the marks" on his "butt." The toddler responded: "David," presumably referring to Evans' husband, David Eason.
"Jace is not being kept from me, nor are any of the other kids," she told RadarOnline.com, referring to Ensley, her 1-year-old daughter with Eason, and his children from previous relationships, Maryssa and Kaden.
Davidson allegedly refused to hand Kaiser over, and the little boy was still in her custody on July 3.
Despite her contentious relationship with Barbara, Evans told RadarOnline.com that her mother has been supportive through the latest custody drama. "My mom doesn't understand why everyone can't get along."

"I'm not ok," Evans confessed when asked about her middle child not coming back after his weekend with his father, who has his visits supervised by his mother Davidson.
"Everyone else in the house is fine," Evans assured RadarOnline.com about the children.
A second video posted to Instagram, Griffith asked his son: "Do you want to live with Mommy and David or do you want to live with Daddy?" Kaiser responded, "Daddy."
In 2017, Davidson accused Evans of testing positive for marijuana while pregnant. She also accused Eason of hitting Kaiser, a claim Evans and Eason have vehemently denied.
Evans plans to go to court to have a judge return her toddler to her, a source close to the reality star told RadarOnline.com.
