Sekella, who starred on 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom 3, accepted a round diamond ring with a halo from Peters, whom she began dating in 2014.
The Pennsylvania-based single mom, 25, had a rocky road in romance. Her baby daddy Matt McCann was an admitted drug user, and has reportedly struggled with sobriety since filming with MTV.
She has said McCann does not have an active role in their daughter’s life.

But it appears Peters is filling the role of daddy for Arabella. The family of three went on a fun cruise together in October.
Unlike other Teen Moms, Sekella has led a quiet life since her show wrapped in 2013. "After finishing Teen Mom 3 and being told they weren’t continuing I said there and then that I’m done with filming, I’m wiping my hands clean of this and moving forward," she previously said.
"Honestly though that was the best decision I could of made. I’ve been able to start a normal life and start a real career that will last a very long time and benefit my children," she continued. "I’ve also been able to find a real relationship that won’t be picked and prodded at by the world to see."
