Judge, 49, appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen to promote the newest season of The Real Housewives of Orange County — and debuted her new face!
Cohen began by complimenting Judge's tan before asking her directly: "What's happening with your face right now?"
"What do you mean?" Judge asked while pushing her hair off her face, prompting Cohen to ask what was new about it.
"It's my ten year anniversary," she coyly responded.
"And what did you do for your ten year anniversary of being a Housewife?" Cohen pressed.
"I went and saw Dr. Ombre," she smiled. "I had my neck and lower face done fifteen days ago."
"You had a facelift two weeks ago?" Cohen asked, but Judge insisted that she "called it a comeback!"
"I went to Dr. Ombre, me and Shannon Beador did this year, and we're talking about skin procedures and Shannon had like foreskin put on her face —" Judge began to explain before Cohen cut her off to ask about Beador's treatment. Judge declined to explain what her friend had done though.
"So I told him that ever since I lost so much body fat competing that my skin is like drooping," she continued. "He said, 'gain ten percent body fat or have it pulled.'" So, she decided to have her face pulled instead of plumped with fillers.
She then admitted she had the staples behind her ears removed two days prior to her TV appearance.
But, Judge previously told fans that she had a stomach flu on the same day!
The mom-of-four previously admitted that she had her boobs done "a million times" and top doctors told RadarOnline.com that they believe she has had Botox, fillers and chemical peels throughout her time on TV.
