Steve Harvey is living his best life – despite his recent legal scandal!
The outspoken comedian was spotted relaxing in his Cabo hotel room this weekend, and his ex-wife's court battle seemed to be the last thing on his mind.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, the 60-yer-old star's ex, Mary Vaughn, sued him after claiming he "murdered her soul" throughout the course of their marriage.
She filed the $60 million lawsuit on May 17, 2017. This January, however, the judge ruled her reasons insufficient.

Harvey's legal war with Vaughn was nothing new for the comedian. He has previously been involved with the law various times, and battled several lawsuits from former c-workers and partners.
In December of last year, businessman Vincent Dimmock sued Harvey after claiming he owed him millions from a previous collaboration.
Steve Harvey was also previously linked to a cocaine smuggling ring!
Despite his many scandals, Steve Harvey looked relaxed as ever during his Mexican beach vacation.
Though he kept looking at his cellphone, he sure didn't see concerned with his million-dollar feuds!
