Sold! Kody Brown’s Wife Christine Finally Sells Las Vegas Home After Price Cuts

It’s a Sister Wives miracle! After over a year of price cuts in an effort to sell Christine Brown’s Las Vegas home, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the home is finally off the market.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the price of the home was cut from $574,900 to $549,900 on September 19, 2019.
The listing for the home was removed on September 24. It was listed as sold for $535,000 on September 27.
The house was originally listed for sale on July 11, 2018 for $675,000.
The price was cut five times before the listing was removed on June 19, 2019. The house was back on the market on August 29, 2019 for $574,990 before the most recent price drop and final sale.
This is the last home tying the family to Las Vegas. As viewers know, the family moved from Nevada to Flagstaff, Arizona in August 2018. They placed Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn’s homes on the market.
Janelle’s home was sold on April 30, 2019 for $575,000. The house also had trouble selling. It was put on the market on October 9, 2018. The price was cut three times before the listing was removed.
Meri sold her home on June 10, 2019 for $574,900. It was originally listed for $599,900 on January 17, 2019.
Robyn put her home for sale on January 17, 2019. It only had one price change before it was sold on June 10, 2019.
All four homes selling must be a relief for the family, as Kody explained on the most recent season that the family would run out of money if the homes weren’t immediately sold.
The Browns spent $820,000 on land to be split into four parcels in June 2018.
On the show, he discussed plans to build a mega home where all four wives would have their own sections with a common area. The plan was a secret to the wives, who were against living in the same house.

Arizona Land
As RadarOnline.com reported, the family has yet to build on the land they purchased as of May 2019. They are currently living in separate homes in the Flagstaff area.
Meri’s Home
Meri rented a home in Flagstaff up until August 2018. The home went on the market on July 1, 2019 for $870,000. It is unclear where Meri is currently living.
Lucky Christine!
Christine and Kody splurged on a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home for $520,000.
Janelle’s Digs
Janelle is in a rental home. She pays $2,850 a month for a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house.
Favorite Wife
As for Robyn, who is Kody’s only legal wife and his suspected favorite, she moved into a home for rent on the season finale. She then bought a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home for $900,000.
Wildfire Fears
In addition to having trouble selling their homes, the family has had bad luck while in Arizona. The wives’ homes were threatened by a wildfire. Meri posted photos of the forest fire smoke from her window.
Loving Husband To All?
RadarOnline.com then reported in May that Kody went an entire week without visiting Meri, Janelle and Christine, as he remained in Robyn’s home.
Reality TV Fakery?
On the show, he is often filmed alternating homes.
Where’s Kody?
“It appears Kody’s official home base is wife Robyn’s house,” an onlooker exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “He didn’t go to another wife’s home for almost a week.”
Betrayed?
Christine was out of town in Las Vegas visiting their two oldest daughters. “When she returned on Saturday, May 11, he did not visit her," the insider said.
