Year On The Market
Christine’s Las Vegas, Nevada home was listed nearly a year ago on July 11, 2018 with an asking price of $675,000.
Price Drop
The price was then cut to $649,000 on September 12, 2018. On November 1, 2018, the price was slashed to $639,000.
More Cuts!
But the cuts don’t end there. Christine kicked off the New Year with a new price of $614,900. On March 13, 2019, the price dropped to $599,900.
Current Price
On May 30, 2019, the price was cut to $574,990 with still no buyers.
Sold For Less
Selling the four homes has been a struggle for the Brown family. Janelle’s home was listed for sale on January 1, 2017 for $619,900. It was sold on February 28, 2019 for $603,000.
Another Sale
Robyn’s home was listed for sale on January 17, 2019 for $619,900 and sold for $603,000 on February 28, 2019.
No Takers?
Meri listed her home for sale on January 17, 2019 for $599,900. The home was taken off the market after multiple price cuts.
Desperate Move
The family moved from Nevada to Arizona in August 2018. Kody rushed the move, as he claimed they would run out of money in months without the sale of the four homes.
Pricey Purchase
The family spent $820,000 on land to be split into four parcels in June 2018. Christine bought a home, while Robyn, Meri and Janelle are renting.
Too Broke?
But RadarOnline.com reported that one-year after the land purchase, no construction has started on the acres.
