Off The Market
As RadarOnline.com broke, Christine sold her home on Tuesday, April 2 for $599,000.
Back On
But it appears the deal has fallen through, as the Sin City abode is back on the market.
Selling Troubles
The house was listed for sale in July 2018 for $675,000. It was cut to $649,000 in September 2018, $639,000 in November 2018 and $614,900 in January 2019.
Janelle’s Luck
This comes after RadarOnline.com reported that Janelle sold her home on Friday, April 5 for $574,900.
History Of Price Cuts
The abode was originally listed for sale in October 2018 for $649,000. It was lowered to 599,900 in January 2019 and then $574,900 in March.
Go Robyn!
Robyn also sold her home. In February 2019, it was bought for $603,000 after she initially asked for $619,900.
Any Takers?
Meri’s home remains on the market today. Her house was originally listed for sale in January 2019 for $599,900. In March, the home was cut to $574,900.
Starting Over
The family moved to Flagstaff, Arizona in August 2018. Robyn, Janelle and Meri are living in rental homes, while Kody and Christine bought a house.
Pricey Purchase
Kody bought a plot of land to be split into four parcels for $820,000 in June 2018.
Money Woes
Kody rushed the move to Arizona because he wanted to sell their Las Vegas homes quicker. On a recent episode, he explained how they won’t have money to pay the mortgage on their land or their rent without the sale of the homes. Unfortunately for the family, the houses proved difficult to sell.
