When Shannon started on RHOC in 2014, she was super sexy and slim!
After enduring a very public cheating scandal and a painful divorce in 2017, Shannon used food to deal with her pain and gained weight.
According to Charlene Ciardiello, a celebrity nutritionist and owner of Shut Up & Move, Shannon has dropped over 20 pounds in the past year! However, diet and exercise alone are not responsible for the reality star's massive weight loss! For the past several months, Shannon has been posting photos on Instagram while at coolscupting sessions.
They've clearly paid off! “Shannon now weights 125 pounds, if not less,” Ciardiello told Radar. “That means she has lost the 40 pounds she gained from her split — and a lot more!”
So what was Shannon’s true motivation? David has moved on with his 34-year-old girlfriend, Lesley Cook, and the duo are in talks to get their own reality show. “Shannon could not let David win. She wants him to eat his heart out when she sees him in court at the end of this month,” the source said.
Shannon and David’s ongoing divorce exploded last month when the father of three requested in court documents that Shannon not be allowed to consume alcohol around their daughters. Her lawyers quickly clapped back, requesting that David’s demands be denied.
