Sean Penn is settling down again, this time with Charlize Theron.
In honor of his new relationship, the Hollywood heartthrob traded in his ultra-bachelor pad to move in with his new love.
"I'm in love with a woman and home is where the heart is, right?" he spoke on the matter in an interview with Esquire.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home sits on 1.4 acres of land.
Located in Malibu, the house includes a swimming pool and gates for ultra privacy.
Penn purchased the home in 2009, after his split from ex-wife Robin Wright, for $3.8 million.

The actor has put the estate on sale for $6.5 million.
His home is filled with monochrome paintings Gottfried Helnwein, which add a level of contrast to otherwise soft interior décor.
Penn has also decorated with paintings representing the efforts (which he contributed to) to relieve Haiti.
The actor and Theron raised $6 million during fundraising gala Sean Penn & Friends Help Haiti Home.
Despite being married twice before, Penn admits he's never been in love before he met Theron.
Now, the two seem happier than ever. Penn even plans to legally adopt Theron's son Jackson!
