The handsome male socialite looked a bit worse for wear, days after leaving a Central American rehab facility.
The Lord of reality TV, dressed in dark tones, sported a small mark near his temple as he clung onto his daughter Penelope.
The embattled 31-year-old holds his daughter's hand as son Mason seems engaged in his tablet.
