The reality star joined Kourtney Kardashian, 38, to also celebrate Mason's birthday at a bowling alley this weekend too.
While Scott and Mason saw a movie together Sofia, 19, was spotted at Barney's New York in Los Angeles laughing with graffiti artist Alec Monopoly.
Sophia and Alec were all smiles as they looked at photographs on his cell phone.
Disick and Richie have been inseparable in recent months although she has never been photographed with any of his three kids.
RadarOnline.com previously revealed that her father Lionel Richie approved of their relationship.
It has been rumored that Scott and Sofia will film some reality show scenes together in 2018.
