"He entered rehab in Alabama about a month ago," a source close to the couple alleged to RadarOnline.com. "Mackenzie moved out of the lake house they were in and is now living with her parents."
Ryan, 30, is expected to miss the October birth of his son Jagger with Mackenzie, as the insider claimed he "isn't supposed to be out until February or March."
A second source close to the couple confirmed Edwards did return to rehab. A third insider alleged that Ryan hasn't been seen in recent weeks.
Ryan, who is also father to son Bentley, 9, with Bookout, has been absent from Mackenzie's social media. On September 27, she attended an event in Tennessee with a number of couples. When fans asked why her husband didn't attend on Instagram live, she responded that he's "home."

Mackenzie declined to respond to RadarOnline.com's request for comment. Ryan's father Larry told RadarOnline.com regarding the alleged rehab stint, "You know I can't comment on that." When asked if Ryan will be in the delivery room for his son's birth, he said, "You know I can't say."
Clerks for Hamilton County and Red Bank courts in Tennessee could not confirm that the treatment stint was court-ordered. A lawyer for Ryan did not respond to RadarOnline.com's request for comment.
The trouble for Ryan started when cops pulled him over in March 2017. He was issued a citation for simple possession of heroin. Authorities confiscated fourteen hypodermic needles with one containing heroin. A bag with a dark substance was also found. He told police that he "has a problem."
Ryan, who was fired from TMOG along with his wife, first entered rehab after their May 2017 wedding ceremony. He was caught on Teen Mom OG cameras falling asleep at the wheel and slurring his words.
He was arrested in March 2018 for petition to revoke after he failed a scheduled drug test in January 2018. He tested positive for opiates and morphine in a urine sample. He received six months probation and five public workdays with random drug tests in between.
He was behind bars again in July 2018 for breaking probation from a past possession of heroin charge. The first count of simple possession of heroin – petition to revoke – was dismissed. For the second count of possession of heroin – petition to revoke – he was given 11 months and 29 day suspended sentence. He must complete six months of probation and five public work days.
