"Love him!!" she captioned a photo of a baby boy.
But the photo isn't of her second grandchild. It is of her son Ryan when he was born. "From 30 yrs ago," Mackenzie wrote in a now-deleted comment.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively broke earlier this month, Edwards entered rehab in Alabama about a month ago for substance abuse issues. The treatment stint forced him to miss the birth of their first son together. Ryan is father to Bentley, 9, with Maci Bookout and Mackenzie is mother to son Hudson from a previous marriage.
Mackenzie gave birth to Jagger on Tuesday, October 9 around 12am after getting induced on October 8. Ryan's parents Jen and Larry, along with her parents, were at the hospital when she gave birth to the 7lbs and 1oz baby. Jen tweeted, "blessed."
RadarOnline.com reported Ryan, 30, is expected to complete rehab for substance abuse issues around February or March. But the insider claimed is he trying to check out early, as he should be "home for Thanksgiving."
Ryan was issued a citation in March 2017 for simple possession of heroin. Police confiscated 14 hypodermic needles, one of which contained heroin. He was arrested in March 2018 for petition to revoke after failing a drug test in January 2018. He tested positive for opiates and morphine in a urine sample. He was arrested again in July 2018 for breaking probation from a past possession of heroin charge. He was sentenced in both cases.
Edwards entered rehab in May 2017 after he was caught on Teen Mom OG cameras driving high on Xanax to his wedding to Mackenzie.
