As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported months ago, Peggy Sulahian and Lydia McLaughlin were not invited back to The Real Housewives of Orange County — but sources now claim they were the last to know! As season 13 begins filming, an insider reveals to RadarOnline.com how Sulahian, 44, and close friend McLaughlin, 36, found out they were not welcome back.
RadarOnline.com was the first to reveal that devout Christian McLaughlin and Sulahian were getting kicked to the curb after season 12 ended. However, according to an insider, they were the last to know that they were not welcomed back.
“Peggy found out by the network at the same time as her friends told her, which was unfortunate,” a source claimed.
Although McLaughlin told fans she quit on Friday, multiple sources said she only made the announcement after she learned she wasn't going to be filming with the cast again.
“They were both really bothered when they found out filming had started without them,” the source told RadarOnline.com.
Peggy did not want to say anything on her social media until she absolutely was certain that she was fired,” the source said. However, as fans know, Sulahian officially announced her departure today.
However, Shannon Beador, 54, who had issues with both Sulahian and McLaughlin last season, is definitely returning! The newly-single mother of three posted a photo to Instagram on Friday to let fans know that she was filming.
