Plastic Makes Perfect! Gretchen Rossi Flaunts Shocking Surgery Makeover On ‘WWHL’

Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi appeared on Watch What Happens Live on April 11 and fans were freaking out over the 39-year-old beauty’s dramatically different appearance! RadarOnline.com spoke exclusively to several of the nation’s leading plastic surgeons who revealed that Rossi has likely undergone a face lift, botox, extensive fillers, a boob job and more! Fans freaked out when Rossi — who is engaged to Slade Smiley — appeared on Watch What Happens Live last night. Among the hundreds of comments online, one fan tweeted, “HOLY SHIT Gretchen Rossi looks stunning!” Another fan tweeted, “She really showed Tamra Judge how to look gorgeous after going under the knife, didn’t she?” So what is the gorgeous gal’s secret to her beauty?
Director of Plastic Surgery Institute of New York, Adam Schaffner, M.D., F.A.C.S., who has not worked on Rossi personally, told Radar, “It is likely that she has had cosmetic procedures to enhance her look.”
“These procedures may have included, but not limited to, botox, injectable fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane and/or skin resurfacing such as using lasers other energy-based devices,” Dr. Schaffner said.
But it isn’t only Rossi’s face that appeared to have been altered, according to Dr. Schaffner, “It also appears she has had her breasts enhanced.”
America’s Holistic Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Anthony Youn, who also did not treat Rossi, agreed with his NYC colleague. According to Dr. Youn, “I suspect Gretchen may have had a facelift in the recent past, as her neckline is perfect!”

“She appears to have undergone injections of a good amount of filler to her cheeks, likely a long-acting filler like Voluma," he believes. "It also appears that she has Botox in her forehead, crow's feet, and frown lines, making her look smooth and wrinkle free. Overall she looks great. Different, but great.”
