Adam Schaffner, M.D., F.A.C.S. told RadarOnline.com that the actress' new look may be the result of makeup and lighting. “In my opinion, Renée looks great. She has restored the appearance of her eyes for which she was known,” said the expert, who has not treated Zellweger.
However, Schaffner added, Zellweger's revamp "may have been done through the use of botox, injectable fillers, fat grafting and/or well performed eyelid surgery."
NYC-based plastic surgeon Dr. Norman Rowe agreed with Schaffner's assessment. But Rowe, who hasn't treated the star, suggested Zellweger may have gone for an even more invasive approach to re-attain her old looks!
“Renée may have had a face and neck lift to give her this new look," said Rowe, who hasn't treated Zellweger. "These procedures, especially the facelift, can dramatically change the appearance of a person. She has also had fillers injected into her cheeks and lips to fill them out and offset the droop, which is caused by the natural aging process."
Surprisingly, America’s Holistic Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated Zellweger, noted she may have actually opted out of having Botox
"The main difference I see is that her eyebrows have lifted again," said Youn, who has not treated the star. "I believe she's held off on Botox, causing her eyebrows to resume their normal movement. If too much Botox is injected into the forehead it can cause the forehead and brows to droop. She looks like Renée Zellweger again."
