Renée Zellweger arrived at the Paris premiere of Bridget Jones’ Baby looking chic as ever — but she still has people talking about her frozen face.

Though she continued to deny undergoing plastic surgery in an interview with the New York Times this week, there’s no denying that the 47-year-old looks quite different these days.

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Sheila Nazarian, who has not treated the star, previously said, "Renée looks like she has had upper eyelid surgery and subsequent botox to her forehead."

"She has also had cheek filler to lift her mid-face. With the more chiseled appearance of her lower face, she may have had a buccal fat pad removal as well," Dr. Nazarian added.

Zellweger was always known for her unique features, which are now gone, claims Zara Harutyunyan, D.O.M., R.N., with Cosmetic Rejuvenation.

"She looks like she had blepharoplasty, which is commonly known as eyelid surgery. Renée also likely had a buccal fat removal on the lower half or cheeks to create a more slimming face," Harutyunyan, who has not treated the actress, observed.

According to celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Susan Evans, it looks like she many have had a nose job as well. “Her nose is more narrow and she decreased the size of the bulb on her nose," she said.

Zellweger officially addressed rumors in an August essay on Huffington Post, sharing: “Not that it’s anyone’s business, but I did not make a decision to alter my face and have surgery on my eyes.”
