After being photographed shooting in London, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Sheila Nazarian tells RadarOnline.com exclusively, "Renee looks like she has had upper eyelid surgery and subsequent botox to her forehead."

"She has also had cheek filler to lift her midface. With the more chiseled appearance of her lower face, she may have had a buccal fat pad removal as well.," says Dr. Nazarian, who has not worked on Zellweger.

When these photographs were taken of Zellweger earlier this summer, she claimed it was make-up that was responsible for her altered appearance, and that she's never had surgery. According to celebrity plastic surgeons Dr. Susan Evans however, it looks like she many have had "a nose job. Her nose is more narrow and she decreased the size of the bulb on her nose."

"Renee also received cheek implants rather than fillers and changed the overall contours of her face, " Dr. Evans believes.

According to Dr. Evans, who has also not worked on the actress, "Although the work she had done was pretty good, he or she broke the cardinal rule in celebrity facial rejuvenation and over-corrected her so much that we lost our Jerry Maguire cutie."
