Jessica Simpson isn't letting pregnancy slow her down and on Friday night, January 18, she cheered on her singer sister Ashlee and Ashlee's husband Evan Ross as they performed at the Roxy nightclub in West Hollywood.
Simpson, 38, is expecting her third child with husband Eric Johnson, 39, and he held her hand while she touched her baby bump as they left the concert.
The former reality TV star and singer smiled for the cameras although she is heavily pregnant, was sporting disheveled hair, and has recently complained about badly swollen feet!
Simpson didn't miss the chance to support her sister and Ross' music career.
Before her third pregnancy announcement, Simpson commented to EXTRA, "I think that because my daughter just turned six, I was thinking, 'Hmmm, maybe I should do that all over again?' "
As RadarOnline.com's new shots show, however, it's not easy getting out and about close to the birth.
A source said that while she and Johnson are happy about the impending arrival, Simpson has put a sex ban on her hubby.
"Their love life has always been electric," an insider told Radar. "But Jess isn't in the mood so often now that she's in her final trimester."
But on January 18, they eased the tension with a date night.

With her baby belly burgeoning, Simpson left the famed Roxy nightclub after applauding sister Ashlee and Ross as they performed their songs.
Evan's sister Tracee Ellis Ross and pal Kelly Osbourne were also in the crowd on January 18. Simpson looked noticeably uncomfortable in her condition, wearing a long black dress and touching her tummy while carrying a colorful purse.
Simpson's former football player husband, whom she married in 2014, lovingly touched her hand as he escorted the star out of the club.
The ex-Newlyweds TV personality already raises daughter Maxwell, 6, and son Ace, 5, with Johnson. They enjoyed an over-the-top wedding after having their first two children.
Recently, "Irresistible" singer Simpson shocked fans by sharing a photo of her badly swollen pregnancy feet on Instagram.
"Any remedies?! Help!!!!" Simpson captioned the scary shot of her puffy feet.
Simpson and her husband are expecting a girl. In September 2018, Simpson announced on Instagram with a photo of her two kids, "This little baby girl will make us a family of five. We couldn't be happier to announce this precious blessing of life."
