The 53-year-old was spotted all bundled up under a white coat while wearing sweats and no makeup in Calabasas, Calif., on Feb. 22.
The barefaced star was nearly unrecognizable as she sat with a grim expression.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the star launched a wrongful termination suit against the Desperate Housewives creators in 2012.
The once high-fashion had claimed she was fired from the former ABC series after she complained to Touchstone and the network's execs that producer Marc Cherry had hit her in the head.
The battery allegation was tossed out by a judge, as were sexual harassment claims made by the actress.
