After months of painful surgeries and workouts, the 37-year-old reality star made a big splash on Friday night when a sneak peek clip revealed her final look.
“I’ve worked my ass off, working out getting healthy,” Mama June said. “And now I feel like becoming the person on the outside that I always felt like on the inside.”
During last night’s episode, daughter Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson teased that she barely recognized her mom, believing she now looks like Marilyn Monroe. “She looks great,” the 11-year-old said. “I’m really proud of her.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Mama June was only two procedures away from completing her long-list of plastic surgery— when she nearly called it quits on her body overhaul.
“I’m really nervous about my neck surgery since it’s my face,” she said just five weeks before her show-all photo shoot. “If something goes wrong, it isn’t like I can hide it!”
The once 460-pound star faced multiple procedures, ranging from skin removal from her neck, arms, back and stomach— plus a breast reduction.
