Mama June’s Terror Over Drastic Plastic Surgery

June ‘Mama June’ Shannon is only two surgeries away from completing her transformation – and she’s still having second thoughts! In a From Not to Hot sneak peek, the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star fears her plastic surgery will be botched.

“I’m in L.A. for my final surgery to have my face and my arms done,” she said five weeks before her photo shoot. “I’m finally going to be the skinny Mama June I’ve always seen myself as.”

But when it came time to go under the knife, fear set in.

“I’m really nervous about my neck surgery since it’s my face,” she said. “If something goes wrong, it isn’t like I can hide it!”

The 37-year-old also confessed that she is going to miss her “turkey neck,” adding, ”It’s more famous than I am!”

Mama June’s plastic surgeon explained of the procedures, “We're going to liposuction a little more, so I can get rid of more skin, and then on the face, we're just going to go like that, and be able to find you under there.”

But he has concerns himself about the extreme plastic surgery.

“For the first couple weeks, you're going to be all wrapped up, from the arms up,” he explained. “The main concern is nerve damage, so when I see you post-operatively, that's going to be one of the main things I check."

Mama June, who weighed a shocking 460 pounds before the surgery, has also underwent a tummy tuck and breast lift.
