According to America's Holistic Plastic Surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated Lohan, "She appears tohave had a good amount of work done. Her lips appear to have been plumped with injectable filler like Juvederm. Her cheeks also look enhanced, likely with a filler like Juvederm Voluma. I also suspect that she's had a good amount of Botox in her forehead and frown lines, smoothing them out."

NYC's Triple Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Adam Schaffner, M.D., F.A.C.S., has also not treated Lohan. However, he agreed with Dr. Youn's assessment. "In my opinion, Lindsay Lohan looks good. Her youthful appearing cheeks may be due, in part, to the use of fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm (VOLUMA). Her lack of wrinkles may be due, i part, to the use of BOTOX, Dysport or XEOMIN," he told RadarOnline.com.

Dr. Schaffner's west coast counterpart, Dr. Tim Sayed, Southern California's double board certified plastic surgeon, agreed with his colleagues. Although he, too, has not treated Lohan, he said, "There is a drastic difference in her photos in comparison. This can be a result of laser skin treatments, great skincare products, and a consistent skincare regiment. But the changes are not likely the result of good skincare treatment alone."

"While I've not yet had the privilege of working on Lindsey as a patient, I'm guessing that she's likely also had subtle lip enhancement (most likely with Juvederm or Restylane) to her upper lip and a fair amount of Botox to her forehead and crows' feet area at the outer corners of her eyes," Dr. Sayed told RadarOnline.com.

"Filler such as Juvederm Voluma XC has most likely been used to fill her cheeks to combat any sagging skin that could be the result of genetics, sun damage, or premature aging. Throughout the years the fullness of her cheeks has fluctuated, most likely due to dietary changes and not just the amount of filler injected," added Dr. Sayed.
