The stunning 60-year-old actress was spotted with her new guy as the couple walked around Rome in Italy.
Enzo Cursio is a well-known journalist who was nominated for a Nobel price for peace 2018.
The couple took in a meal together before they were spotted sharing a romantic kiss.
Sharon seems smitten with her new man as they prepare to spend Christmas with one another – it had been reported that she had been involved with Italian real estate guru Angelo Boffa, 41.
The pair has been seen holidaying in Mallorca together over the summer but it appears as if she has moved-on now.
Sharon was previously married to TV producer Michael Greenburg in 1984, with their divorce finalised in 1990.
Her second marriage was to newspaper executive Phil Bronstein in 1998, with their marriage ending in 2004.
The actress is mother to three adopted sons, Roan, 17, Laird, 12, and Quinn, 11.
