Kim Zolciak's Plastic Surgery Secrets Revealed: A Nose Job, Fillers & More

Kim Zolciak may be getting older in age, but according to a top plastic surgeon, the 37-year-old former Real Housewives of Atlanta star may be getting some help to fight the aging process.
On Dec. 1, Zolciak posted a throwback picture from 14 years ago comparing herself to what she looks like today — and according to a doctor, Zolciak seems to have had plenty of plastic surgery to change her appearance.

The Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding star may have gotten a nose job. "It appears that there have been changes made to the nose that are not only age related," Dr. John G. Westine of Delray Beach Plastic Surgery — who has not treated Zolciak — told RadarOnline.com.

"The columella between the nostrils appears to have been lifted along with the tip," Dr. Westine explained. "The tip also appears to have been narrowed. From the oblique view, there does appear to be some reduction of the dorsum as well."

If Zolciak did get a nose job, the procedure took a slice out of her wallet. "A rhinoplasty costs around $10,000 and up," Dr. Westine said.

This procedure is a permanante alteration, but over time, the nose can look thinner. "The changes are permanent although the skin does tend to shrink wrap down around the cartilage and bone as the years pass," Dr. Westine said.

Zolciak also appeared to have bigger lips than she did 14 years ago. "She likely maintains her lip volume with injectable fillers such as Juvéderm ultra or Restylane silk," Dr. Westine said. "Each syringe usually costs about $600 to $700 and lasts about a year in the lips."

The reality star has also likely cosmetically enhanced her eyelashes.

"She appears to have lash extensions on or she may have been using Latisse to grow her eyelashes and make them longer and thicker," Dr. Westine suggested.

Zolciak, who has admitted in the past to getting Botox, could have used the injection to move the shape of her eyebrows. "There does appear to be more distance between the eyebrows in the eyelashes," Dr. Westine said. "This can be achieved by using Botox to relax the lateral aspect of the orbicularis oculi muscle, which pulls the tail of the brow down. Botox does produce a lifting affect."

"Or she may have also done brow lifting with the Ulthera device or perhaps an endoscopic brow lift," Dr. Westine said.

Also to maintain her facial fullness, Zolciak could have been getting fillers. "I would assume she is maintaining her volume over the last 14 years with injectable fillers," Dr. Westine noted.
Zolciak has admitted to getting a boob job and tummy tuck, but never more than Botox on her face.
