"This is done my liposucting fat from the hips or thighs and then re-injecting it into the buttocks," Dr. Youn tells Radar.

"Another option, but much less popular, is placement of the buttock implants, but I suspect if Kim has had her buttocks enhanced, which it looks like, she underwent fat injections into her buttocks," adds Dr. Youn who has not treated Zolciak.

"It looks like Kim Zolciak has done fat transfer, otherwise known as fat grafting," Harutyunyan, who has also not treated Zolciak, tells Radar. "The process involves harvesting fat cells from other parts of the body and injecting them into the treatment site."
