“She’s avoiding solid foods like the plague,” an insider told RadarOnline.com. “And she’s kicking it up a notch by filling herself with hot water laced with lemon or ginger.”
When the 34-year-old does eat, it’s pure protein. And no carbs.
“She’s doing weird stuff like ordering sushi but ditching all the rice, and it goes without saying that egg yolks are an absolute no-no,” the insider added.
One thing she hasn’t given up is caffeine. But even her favorite cup of joe comes heavily altered.
“Khloe loves her coffee but avoids all dairy, so she’ll be hopped up on espressos and that’s often a meal for her along with some carrot sticks.”
But her friends fear she’s going too far, and risks some serious health consequences.
