Kelly Clarkson Covers Up On Hawaii Beach After Putting Weight Back On

"Since U Been Gone" you've packed on the pounds? Kelly Clarkson covered up on the beach while enjoying a family vacation in Hawaii just days after her 35th birthday. And it looked like the singer has gotten heavy again after she had lost baby weight last year. Click through RadarOnline.com's gallery for more.
Clarkson, her husband Brandon Blackstock, 40, and their two young kids kicked back during a vacation in Kailua, Hawaii. She opted for no swimsuit and instead covered up in a black tee shirt and print shorts.
The talented singer/songwriter had lost weight after giving birth to son Remington, now 1, last year, as Us reported. She and hubby Blackstock also have a daughter River Rose, 2.
Clarkson's family vacation came a week after she visited Universal Studios Orlando for a surprise girls' trip to celebrate her birthday on Monday, April 24. She was touched by it and said it was her best birthday ever. But as RadarOnline.com has reported, her weight problem has sparked worries of health danger in the past.
In fall 2016, fans were impressed with a selfie which showed Clarkson, who has long appeared to struggle with weight, looking much thinner. However, she told Ellen DeGeneres on her show, "We are who we are. Whatever size, and it doesn't meant that we're gonna be that forever."
Clarkson played with her baby son while toting a big pink beach carry-all and wearing dark glasses in Hawaii. She has shrugged to Ellen Degeneres about her body, "I'm such a creative person that I yo-yo. So sometimes I'm more fit and I get into kickboxing hardcore. And then sometimes I don't, and I'm like … I'd rather have wine."
The easygoing celebrity's son Remington wore a striped onesie and matching hat on the beach as his mom took great care of him. In 2015, Clarkson admitted to Redbook, "There are just some people who are born skinny and with a great metabolism – that is not me."

As RadarOnline.com has reported, the American Idol winner was dissed by Fox News star Chris Wallace over her weight, as he commented on The Mike Gallagher show in 2015, "Kelly Clarkson's got a lovely voice. She could stay off the deep dish pizza for a little while."
"I don't obsess about my weight," Clarkson told Redbook, "which is probably one of the reasons why other people have such a problem with it." And on her family beach outing, she was thrilled to be relaxing with her family. It was just a year ago that Clarkson gave birth to her second child.
