This weekend, the two were spotted looking ecstatic and in love during a date night in New Orleans. After leaving the movie theater, the stars grabbed a bite at a romantic restaurant, and on their way back to the car, the actress couldn’t stop giggling at her funny beau! Are Katie Holmes, 39, and Jamie Foxx, 50, headed to the altar? This weekend, the famous duo enjoyed a romantic date night in New Orleans. They looked casual yet chic for the outing and seemed relaxed about flaunting their love despite the drama surrounding their five-year relationship.
The actors — who are rumored to be engaged — looked happier than ever with as they headed back to their hotel for the evening.
During the date, the two entered the theater to watch Bohemian Rhapsody and later grabbed some dinner at a local restaurant.
As they headed back to their car, Foxx held Holmes’ hand and gazed lovingly into her eyes. In turn, the actress let out a sweet laugh and giggled throughout the entire walk.

At one point, Holmes was laughing so hysterically that she had to cover her face as Foxx cracked a joke and did a funny walk for her. Once they got to their car, Foxx opened the door for his gorgeous girlfriend.
Months after shocking photos confirmed Homes and Foxx’s romance, sources told RadarOnline.com that the two are desperate to wed and are even planning an intimate ceremony in Paris. The actors, however, have yet to address the claims, and their respective reps have denied them.
RadarOnline.com readers know Holmes split from Tom Cruise in 2012, and though they have joint custody of daughter Suri, the Top Gun star has not seen her in five years! According to an Us Weekly source, the actor has chosen not to see the 12-year-old girl because she’s not a Scientologist.
But at this point, the pre-teen knows Foxx better than she knows Cruise, 56, and an insider told RadarOnline.com that after the comedian marries Holmes, he will also adopt her daughter. “They know it won’t go down well with Tom, but it’s what he and Katie want — and also what Suri wants. She barely knows who Tom is!”
