It's been a long, difficult road for Jamie Foxx, 50, and Katie Holmes, 39, but after more than five years of dating, it seems the pair may be getting ready to say "I do."
This Wednesday, Holmes was pictured wearing a sparkly diamond ring while filming The Secret in Orlando — where Foxx is also working on a project.
Though he rep denied the rumors of an engagement, fans still have hope. "Katie's not engaged to anyone besides her fictional movie fiancé, played by Jerry O'Connell," the star's rep told reporters.

The pair fell in love shortly after Holmes filed for divorce from Scientologist ex-husband, Tom Cruise. But due to an allegedly binding contract she signed with the church, she was unable to publicly date anyone else for five years.
As soon as the time was up, however, Holmes and Foxx proudly announced their love by going on a sweet PDA-filled beach retreat together — and were soon spotted house-hunting!
Though there have been many rumors surrounding their very private relationship, the two seems to be doing just fine.
