JoJo Fletcher will be accepting a proposal from one of her final two suitors on tonight's finale of The Bachelorette, but her future husband may be anything but perfect. From a DUI bust to cheating, check out Jordan Rodgers and Robby Hayes' most shocking secrets and scandals.
EXCLUSIVE: Hunky ‘Bachelorette’ frontrunner Robby Hayes grins for his 2012 mugshot.
Hayes was arrested for a DUI in 2012. The then-23-year-old was pulled over in Jacksonville, Florida when police noticed his vehicle crossed the double solid lines of the road. Hayes declined to perform the standardized field sobriety exercises. He pled not guilty to the crime in January 2013. The state refused to prosecute Hayes for the DUI and the reckless driving charge was dismissed in September 2013.

But that wasn't Hayes' only alcohol-related bust. He was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor in 2009 when he was caught with a 12oz Budweiser beer in the parking lot of Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena in Florida. The case was dropped in January 2010.
Hayes was in a four-year relationship with ex-girlfriend Hope Higginbotham before breaking up in January, right before casting for Fletcher's season. Although Fletcher was worried about rumors that he dumped his girlfriend to come on the show, he made the final two when he explained how the romance should have ended nine months before it did.
When the season aired, Rodgers' ex-girlfriend Brittany Farrar accused him of cheating on her. "Riding the bench doesn't get in the way of a relationship, but cheating does," she wrote on Instagram.
But Rodgers denied the rumor. He told Fletcher when confronted about the accusation that he "made a lot of mistakes as far as putting things ahead of that relationship, and insecurities, and who I was, and where my career was at, and where I thought I should be, and the person I thought I should be."

Although Rodgers' claim to fame is being the brother of NFL player Aaron Rodgers, his feud with his brother has been a storyline on the show. "Me and Aaron don't really have that much of a relationship," Rodgers, 27, told Fletcher. "It's just kind of the way he's chosen to do life, and I chose to stay close with my family and my parents and my brother."
