Joe Giudice tried multiple excuses out on the judge during his sentencing for driver's license fraud on Thursday and RadarOnline.com has a gallery of his most outrageous and scandalous claims in court.

Giuidice was sentenced on April 2, 2015 after pleading guilty for fraud when he tried to obtain a driver's license in his brother's name. Considering the severity of the crimes, his comments were shocking.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star lost his driver's license for two years – but asked the judge if he could "move his cars in his driveway," to which the Honorable Adam E. Jacobs told him "If you so much as back down your driveway ... that will constitute a violation of the conditions of your release, of your bail, and it will result in you being remanded immediately to Passaic County Jail."

Juicy Joe was also fined $10,000, but his lawyer told the judge that he was "destitute." The judge wasn't buying that and reminded him that he was just paid a whopping $75,000 for a tabloid interview so he could afford the amount.

Sarcasm didn't work for Giudice. After court he was reportedly overheard saying: "I wish I got paid every time someone took my picture, I'd be rich."

His attorney told the judge his client was accepting the blame, stating, "He's not here to blame anyone else. He has accepted responsibility ... This is a real man."
