Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans fled her rural home with her children after her husband David Eason was accused of killing her dog, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

The reality star mom was in hiding after the horrific event that took place on their rural North Carolina property and sheriffs came to “The Land” to investigate.

“She’s devastated,” a source close to Jenelle told RadarOnline.com. “She doesn’t want to go home. She just picked up the kids. She doesn’t know where to go.”

While her son Jace was on vacation with her mom Barbara Evans, the younger children were in her custody.

“She is with a friend and doesn’t want to go home,” a second source told RadarOnline.com.

The Columbus County Sheriff’s Department confirmed to RadarOnline.com that a 911 call was made by a male who reported that David had killed Jenelle’s dog.

“A call was made today, and it was relayed that the woman’s husband had killed her dog,” the Sheriff’s Department told RadarOnline.com. “The Sheriff is out there right now investigating and there will be an incident report filed later."

For the first time in their marriage Jenelle was furious enough to leave the property that she bought but shared with her husband David after he killed her dog, a source confirmed to RadarOnline.com.

“Nugget was a tiny dog. She snapped at Ensley,” an insider told RadarOnline.com about the tragic situation.

“Little dogs will do that with toddlers who mess with them. He didn’t bite her or hurt her. Just snapped,” the insider told RadarOnline.com about the actions leading up to the dog’s death.

The source revealed the shocking details of David’s fury that ended with the authorities investigating on their property “The Land.”

“David took the dog outside and shot it. Point blank,” the insider told RadarOnline.com.

A second source confirmed the incident details with RadarOnline.com. “He killed the dog because it snapped at his daughter. But that’s no excuse. No words.”

As RadarOnline.com first reported, a frantic 911 call was made by a “male,” the Sheriff’s Department told RadarOnline.com, but they were referred to the non-emergency number.

The operator told RadarOnline.com that the caller said David killed Jenelle’s dog but didn’t reveal details about the animal.

“The dog is dead,” a source told RadarOnline.com about the heartbreaking situation.

The insider told RadarOnline.com that they were not sure Jenelle would actually leave David and was just cooling off after the dog was killed.
