Jenelle Evans and David Eason are wrapping up court this week with their third hearing in the nasty custody case against them.

The fired Teen Mom 2 stars were caught on camera heading to Columbus County Court in North Carolina on Friday, June 28.

After David’s daughter Maryssa testified twice this week, the parents are taking desperate measures to help them win the case.

The judge told Jenelle that she “failed to protect the children while they were in her care.” The source previously told Radar, “The judge heard testimony that David and Jenelle were constantly screaming and arguing, and the children were terrified.” The insider added, “CPS described the state of the home as horrific.
