The fired Teen Mom 2 stars were caught on camera heading to Columbus County Court in North Carolina on Friday, June 28.

In the video, Jenelle, 27, and David, 31, walked into the courthouse for the third hearing this week.
Jenelle wore an off-white blazer with a button down white shirt, while David wore a navy blue suit jacket with a matching tie.
Fighting For The Kids
Also in the video, Jenelle's mom Barbara, David’s ex-mother-in-law, and his daughter Maryssa, 11, from a previous marriage were filmed walking to court.
As Radar reported, the three hearings this week are pre-adjudication hearings, which is when CPS attempts to prove the allegations.
Maryssa testified on Tuesday, June 25 and Thursday, June 27. “She just told the truth of the things she witnessed and was exposed to,” an insider exclusively told Radar. “She might speak during the disposition hearings too.”
A second source told Radar that Jenelle and David have come up with a desperate attempt to turn the trial in their favor.
“Jenelle and David are digging into a government worker’s past who is involved in the case,” a second source told Radar. “They claim to have found a criminal record from a decade ago.”
As Radar reported, there is a new judge on the case after Jenelle argued the initial one was biased. “The judge is hard to read,” the first insider said.
A source previously told Radar that the custody battle “will go on for months.”
In April, David shot and killed the family dog Nugget. The incident, which resulted in Jenelle’s firing from Teen Mom 2, forced Child Protective Services to remove all of the children from their care.
In May, Jenelle and David temporarily lost custody. A judge ordered Maryssa to be in her grandmother’s custody, Kaiser, 4, to be in Nathan Griffith’s mom Doris’ custody, and Ensley, 2, to be in Jenelle’s mom Barbara’s custody. Jace, 9, is to remain with Barbara.
House Of Horrors
The judge told Jenelle that she “failed to protect the children while they were in her care.” The source previously told Radar, “The judge heard testimony that David and Jenelle were constantly screaming and arguing, and the children were terrified.” The insider added, “CPS described the state of the home as horrific. It was filthy and there were holes in all of the walls.”
