Jason Aldean and Brittany Kerr, whose relationship began when Aldean was still married, wed in Mexico on Saturday for what Aldean calls "the best day ever." Get a first-hand look!
Two years ago, Jason Aldean was caught locking lips with American Idol contestant and Bobcats cheerleader, Brittany Kerr.
The incident caused quite the scandal, considering Aldean's ten-year marriage to high school sweetheart Jessica Ussery.
While the country star brushed it off as a drunken mistake, his relationship with Kerr seemed to progress nonetheless.
The then 24-year-old also apologized for her behavior, calling it a "lapse in judgment."
After filing for divorce in 2013, Aldean went public with his love for the blonde beauty.
The couple announced their engagement in September 2014.
Though rumors circulated that the couple would secretly wed in early 2015, their respective reps kept the lid closed on the couple's plans.
But look what we have here!
"This is the best day ever — I've got my girl here, my friends, my family — it's the best day ever!," the 38-year-old told Us Weekly.
Aldean and Kerr celebrated with family and friends, including Eric Church, Luke Bryan and Duck Dynasty star Willie Robertson -- who seemed to be officiating!
Aldean's daughters, Keeley, 12, and Kendyl, seven – from his marriage to Ussery – were also there to support their dad.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
