Katie Holmes And Jamie Foxx's New Orleans Love Nest Exposed Amid Marriage Plans

Katie Holmes has a home with lover Jamie Foxx at long last! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that Holmes, 39, and Foxx, 50, have been living together in a cute New Orleans house.
As RadarOnline.com readers also know, they are getting serious. Sources say the two want to marry in Paris next year.
According to an insider, after keeping their relationship a secret for years, Tom Cruise's ex-wife and her new man are finally ready to take the next step.
"Paris is the city where they decided to go public with their romance after years of sneaking around," a source claimed to RadarOnline.com. "Jamie’s been a handful ever since they started secretly dating in 2013 — but Katie’s convinced him to settle down, and they're read to make it official."
“Katie has waited a long time to marry Jamie, and she’s now made it clear where she wants to get married and when,” the insider alleged. “She’s desperate for a winter wedding in the City of Light.”
But for now, as RadarOnline.com has learned, she and Foxx have been living together in New Orleans for nearly two months since they both began production on their respective movies in the city, The Secret and Power.

Holmes, who was married to Cruise from 2006-2012, let it all hang in a braless look on Tuesday, December 5 near the house she shares with Foxx.
The former Dawson's Creek beauty has been living with Foxx in a charming New Orleans house as both film new movies in the area.
Holmes struggled with a take-out coffee and tea while talking on her cell phone. She wore a tank top with no bra, high-waisted jeans, and slip on flats.
The actress, who raised daughter Suri, 12, by Cruise, was seen returning to the house she's been sharing with Foxx. Later, the Ray star was spotted heading to work in his vehicle.
The couple has been living together in New Orleans for nearly 2 months since they both began production of their new movies in the Big Easy. Holmes is acting in The Secret while Foxx is working on a film called Power. The New Orleans home is worth about a million dollars.
Holmes and Foxx have taken their love to the Victorian-style home which boasts 3,050 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.
The lovebirds have their privacy behind gates at their new house. It features an outdoor gazebo, heated pool and an "enchanted" garden with large trees and plants surrounding the perimeter. Holmes and Foxx shared a romantic New Orleans date a couple of days ago.
Holmes and Foxx's digs are quaint as the house includes green painted wooden shutters on the windows. Insiders previously told RadarOnline.com the stars had already lived together in a $56 million, five-bedroom penthouse in New York City on the Upper East Side. But they seem to be enjoying the slower pace of New Orleans as their relationship is on the cusp of marriage.
