Garner, still raw her doomed marriage to Ben Affleck, is licking her wounds in northern Oklahoma. The Argo actor recently fell off the wagon and she took him to rehab in a tearful intervention.
Now, the TV and movie beauty has created a second home in the small town of Locust Grove, population 1400, where she’s already a popular figure among locals.
Garner recently purchased the farm that her mother Patricia grew up on. The property is just east of Tulsa, and sources say Garner has already retreated there often with children Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6.

Locust Grove locals have dished that the former Alias star, who was born in Texas and raised in West Virginia, sneaks in from Los Angeles to get her hands dirty alongside her uncle Robert in Oklahoma. They cultivate organic vegetables for Garner's "Once Upon A Farm" organic baby food line.
Garner recently revealed that buying the property has allowed her to return to her country roots and it's a far cry from the mega-mansion she once shared with Affleck in L.A.’s ritzy Pacific Palisades area.
“I want my kids to know that my mother was happy and free on the farm. I want them to know you don’t need things to keep you occupied,” the Daredevil actress told Southern Living last week. “I think that’s the only real way to understand a concept like that is to live it, so I guess we’d better head to the farm more often!”
Pastor Kathy Morris, who oversees the local Methodist Church, met Garner's estranged husband Affleck on an Oklahoma film set in 2012. Reverend Kathy has extended an invitation to Garner and her kids to attend her church when they’re visiting their farm, which is only 15 minutes away. Garner is known for attending church often, both before and after splitting from Affleck. Morris said the church could help heal Garner and her kids: “We are very family oriented here and the children would be taken care of. It’s always the children you need to watch in situations of divorce.”
Townspeople have said that Garner sends family members or assistants to pick up essentials in Locust Grove– including drinks from the kitschy Wonder City coffee shop. “I’ve never seen her myself,” says a barista. “But she should definitely stop by. We’d love to have her.” We pay for juicy info! Do you have a story for RadarOnline.com? Email us at tips@radaronline.com, or call us at (866) ON-RADAR (667-2327) any time, day or night.
