Denise's $5M LA Home FINALLY Sold — And Neighbor Nemesis Nicollette Is Overjoyed!

Three years and seven price drops later, Denise Richards' Hidden Hills home is finally in escrow for almost $5 million!
But Richards isn't the only one celebrating over the sale. A source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively the actress' nemesis neighbor Nicollette Sheridan is over the moon she won't have to see Richards walking around the neighborhood with her ex-husband actor Aaron Phypers anymore, or see his car parked in Denise's driveway!

"Denise and Aaron first met while they were both walking dogs down Long Valley Road," says a Hidden Hills resident. "Denise has a pack of them and Aaron was walking Nicollette's dog Oliver."
They may have begun dating a year later, but just Aaron having access into the gated community irks the former Desperate Housewives star to no end.
"Nic thought she'd never have to see his face again, now she sees him every day because he's practically living with Denise," snitched an informant.
Sheridan, 54, and Phypers were married for one year, from 2015-2016, and during that time they lived in her $4.3 million home in the upscale Hidden Hills community.
Just one block away sits the home that Richards has been trying to unload for three years. Originally listed for $7.75 million on June 1, 2015, it was reduced a total of seven times until finally receiving a full price offer of $4,995,000 on June 27, 2018.
Richards, 47, recently made headlines in May when it was revealed she was unable to pay her equine boarding fee of $47,000 to Cross Creek Farm in Simi Valley.
She also has a history of meeting men who live in her neighborhood and later dating them.
Heather Locklear was likely celebrating when Richards sold her North Ranch home in Westlake Village during her divorce from Charlie Sheen.
Denise notoriously began dating Locklear's ex Richie Sambora shortly thereafter.
"If the deal goes through, Denise will likely move out of Hidden Hills, and move closer to where her daughters go to school in Malibu, and Nicollette will be celebrating I'm sure."
