Dieting to death! Starving to be Skeletor! The Hollywood Hunger Games might be the fiercest competition yet. While some actresses can’t seem to whittle off any more pounds, there’s a growing trend at the opposite end of the spectrum. Experts Dr. Stuart Fischer, who specializes in internal medicine, and health counselor Dale Noelle, CEO of True Model Management, weigh in. We don't know if any of these women have any issues with their diet, but you can be the judge.

Sources say Kate is eating less and never misses her daily workout. If she is expecting a sibling for Prince George, “It’s vital to maintain a healthy diet and give into cravings during pregnancy,” says Ms. Noelle.

Rihanna – The singer follows the 5-Factor Diet by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak and works out three days a week, focusing on cardio.
Angelina Jolie
Angelina Jolie – The 5-foot-7 star rarely eats, sources say. She’s followed a low-carb diet and practiced kickboxing to prep for action roles.
Kate Moss –The “heroin-chic” look model has said that one of her mottos is “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.”
Miley Cyrus – Pop singer Miley has a lactose and gluten intolerance, and claims to religiously go to yoga and Pilates classes. Still, at 5-foot-5, she’s underweight at 108 pounds, and her body is dramatically different from her Hannah Montana days.
Demi Moore
Demi Moore – The mom of three has admitted to having a “love-hate relationship” with her body, and has reportedly been treated for anorexia in the past.
LeAnn Rimes – Looking far thinner than when she first rose to fame, the 5-foot-5 singer weighs just over 100 pounds. Eating disorder rumors abound, but she claims she’s “never gone to an extreme with working out or eating.”
Renée Zellweger – Renée may have packed on pounds for Bridget Jones’s Diary, but she’s lost all that weight and more.
Tori Spelling – The mom-of-four reality star has reportedly plunged to an unhealthy 92 pounds as she struggles to cope with her troubled marriage.
Tara Reid – Although Tara has denied having an eating disorder, her emaciated frame screams, “train wreck!”
Kendall Jenner – “I’m constantly criticized for being too skinny,” says the model. “Calling someone too skinny is the same as calling someone too fat. It’s not a nice feeling.”

Bethenny Frankel – After spending two decades being obsessed with diet and exercise and struggling with bulimia, anorexia and laxative abuse, the 43-year-old reality star credits a portion-controlled diet and regular yoga workouts for the slim figure that allows her to slip into her four-year-old daughter’s clothes!
Janice Dickinson – “I have to make sure I exercise and that the ingredients that go into my body are completely organic,” says the bony former model.
Nicole Richie – Having recently dropped to 83 pounds, rumors have sparked that the 32-year-old may have an eating disorder, something Nicole reportedly battled with in the past. “She should add at least 10 pounds,” says Dr. Fischer.
Heidi Klum – The supermodel mogul has taken up running and recently started a lifestyle blog, which may be contributing to her slimmer appearance.
Lindsay Lohan – The more she parties, the skinner she gets…or could it be that she’s been hitting the gym? With her history of substance abuse, who knows!
Melissa McCarthy – Once called a “female hippo,” the star says: “I should be working out more, but I’m always just saying, ‘Ah I could get hit by a bus tomorrow.’”
Gabourey Sidibe – The Precious star has endured tons of criticism, but “there are dozens of metabolic consequences from a weight disorder,” says Dr. Fischer.
Rebel Wilson – The Bridesmaid star had to drop her deal with Jenny Craig because movie deals stipulated that she can’t change her physical appearance!

Adele – “I don’t like going to the gym. I like eating fine foods and drinking nice wine,” says the 197-pound singer, who’s a role model for curvy gals.
Mercedes “MJ” David – “Skinny is not appealing to me,” the Shahs of Sunset star has said. Often seen strutting in a bikini, she’s clearly not shy about her weight.
