Cindy Crawford sets her sights on real estate, flipping her Malibu mansion for a whopping $15.5 million – see inside!
She's got brains and beauty galore!
Cindy Crawford has switched her focus from modeling to real estate, taking on the daunting project of flipping her Malibu home.
The legendary model, along with entrepreneur husband Rande Gerber, have spent close to $15.5 million in redoing their already fabulous mansion.
The question is: how much will they sell their luxury home for when the time comes to put it on the market?
According to Variety, Crawford has worked diligently on interior decorating to get the estate in tip-top shape.
Located over Point Dume, the house includes four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms within its 5,400-square-feet.
The incredible home resides on 1.41 acres of land, providing plenty of privacy for its occupants.
Crawford and Gerber have celebrity neighbors as well, including Julia Roberts, Red Hot Chili Pepper's Chad Smith, saxophonist Kenny G, and the consciously uncoupled Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin.
There is also a haven for homeowners to seek refuge thanks to the private suite.
The beautiful interior opens into its own private terrace through sliding glass doors with a breathtaking ocean view.
The property has beach access to an exclusive beach location, accessible through a private path.
What a beautiful retreat!
Maybe Crawford missed her true calling and should dabble in more real estate.
