The 72-year-old 'Mamma Mia' star has sold her Beverly Crest 'English style' mansion for $2.5 million.
The star made a $400k profit on the property that she originally bought for $2.1 million back in 2013.
Truila.com provided details and images of the Tudor style house that boasts 4 baths and 3 bedrooms and was used by the singer and her family when they were staying in Los Angeles and not at her Malibu compound.
It is a secluded property and the living room opens out to a large balcony overlooking an adjacent hillside, and the grassy yard includes a beautiful stony koi pond.
Built in 1957, the English-style home has hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, French doors, and bay windows. it sits on more than half an acre, with foresty surroundings and ivy growing on the walls.
It sits on a 25,000 sq ft lot and is a ‘very romantic’ location according to insiders. Radaronline.com reported that Cher was considering how to will her $300 million estate when she dies.
Modern Family actor Ed O’Neill and wife, actress Catherine Rusoff, owned the property before Cher.
