Reports are circulating that Ted Cruz is considering Fiorina to run alongside him in his bid for the White House — but a shady record and several scandals could stand in her way.

Fiorina was the "Other Woman" in her husband's previous marriage — Radaronline.com reported that Fiorina's husband, Frank, filed for divorce from his wife Patricia on December 10, 1981 —but the businesswoman declared she fell in love with Frank in 1980. Documents show that Fiorina was shacking up with Frank prior to divorcing her first husband, Todd Bartlem. Bartlem told Radar: "You'll figure out the kind of person she is!"

Fiorina's Daughter, Lori Fiorina-Feathers, was arrested for extreme DUI two years before overdose death-Fiorina was devastated over her 34-year-old daughter's death in 2009. RadarOnline.com learned that only two years prior to her death, Fiorina-Feathers was arrested for driving while blackout drunk near her Richmond, Virginia, home on July 4, 2007. Fiorina-Feathers submitted to a breathalyzer test and was discovered to have had an extremely high blood alcohol level of .27. She was sentenced to 12 months in jail, but only 10 days mandatory to serve behind bars. Tragically, Fiorina-Feathers was found dead in New Jersey on October 12, 2009.

While CEO of HP, Fiorina illegally sold millions of dollars worth of items to Iran — Companies in the United States were prohibited from exporting to Iran after Bill Clinton signed two executive orders in 1995. Despite these strict U.S. export sanctions, Fiorina did business with Iran through European and Middle Eastern companies. HP then conquered the market in Tehran, and by 2007 accounted for 41 percent of the total market share. The company denied any wrongdoing, but admitted to selling "$120 million dollars worth of products to Redington Gulf, which then sent the products to Iran."

During her time as CEO, shareholder wealth was sliced by 52% while Fiorina "pocketed over $100 million in compensation." She also received a $65 million signing bonus and a $21 million severance.
